Bag Filters

Burnett Process has extensive experience creating high quality, custom filter bags for major copier and printer manufacturers. These durable bag filters are used for filtering of fine particles and toner dust. These bag filters can effectively trap sub-micron particles and offer long filter life when properly specified in an application.

Our durable toner collector bag filters (pictured to the right) offer long filter life when properly specified for your application. With many medias available, let our experience determine the best match for optimal filtering efficiency and long bag life. Many medias are stocked and most designs can be accommodated.

A typical bag filter has a dimension of 592 mm (23.3") x 592 mm (23.3") and consists of 4 - 12 parallel bags.  The length and depth of the bag filter varies from 300 mm (11.8") to 900 mm (35.4").  Bag filter media efficiency varies from very low coarse filters to very high fine filters.  The bag materials are made of polymer fibers of different thickness or number of layers, depending on the required filter performance.  Currently we make available three types of media: glass fiber media, synthetic media and new 2-in-1 featuring particle and molecular filtration in the same media!
