Extended surface, pleated panel filters are designed for use in all types of residential, commercial and industrial air filtration systems. These filters offer high quality filter media and extended surface construction that offers significantly higher efficiency and longer service life than fiberglass disposable filters, media pads or permanent filters.

Pleated filters are available in a wide range of standard and special sizes in depths of one to five inches. Pleated media is bonded to a metal frame coated with a rust inhibitor. The inner surface of the frame is sealed with adhesive to prevent air bypass. Frames can also be made with a moisture-resistant beverage board.
