High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filters deliver fine filtering capabilities.

HEPA, which stands for high-efficiency particulate air, is a line of quality air filters offering 99.97% efficiency and fine particle filtering down to 0.3 microns. The filter material is dense so that it also restricts more airflow than mesh-type dust filters. Burnett uses its in-house, mini-pleating machine capability to provide high quality, cost-effective solutions for HEPA filtering.

Custom mini pleat filters (MERV 14 and 15) are designed for use in air filtration systems and equipment where medium to high efficiency filtration is required. Available in a wide variety of standard sizes, Mini pleat filters provide optimal performance in variable air volume systems.

At five times the media area compared to a standard pleated panel filter, Mini Pleats have a longer service period and offer higher efficiency. The media is a complete web of gradient density fibers which achieves large dust holding capacity, high efficiency and low pressure drop. An advantage of using a Mini Pleat is that the filter defends against the growth of mold, fungi, or bacteria. Another benefit is the filter is protects against corrosion, even over an extended service period and humid conditions.

Fine dust-filters remove air contamination such as fine dust, smoke, vapor, soot, pollen and bacteria. Ideal for all standard filter applications, especially with increased demands regarding service life, safety, versatility, and low initial pressure drop.
