Processing Capabilities

Our custom solutions are made possible by a wide range of processing capabilities.

Burnett Process provides a wide range of processing capabilities for creating custom engineered products. Our cost-effective custom filters, gaskets and packaging are made possible using a wide range of in-house processing capabilities.

Die cutting can be used to process a wide range of rolled or sheet materials in a variety of sizes. This capability helps us create a wide range of holders and frames for our filter products, along with die cutting of gaskets and foam.

Pressure sensitive adhesive laminations are applied to foam material to create a gasket against the chipboard frames for filter applications.

Horizontal/vertical saws are used for cutting foam. The horizontal saw is used to cut the large pieces of foam into sheets of any thickness from 1/8″ to 12″ and beyond. The vertical saw cuts sheets into smaller individual pads for processing.

Metal frames can be created by drawing on Cannon Industries' (our parent company) capabilities in metalworking to provide a wide range of metal fabrications.

Kitting services include procurement of parts (filter material, die cut pieces metal, mini-pleating) and assembly of finished products. Capabilities include distribution, logistics, picking, storage, light assembly, packaging and sorting
